Trip To Oslo
Its a little difficult to blog when you are on the road all of the time. This week, I am headed to Oslo where I will spend some time learning about ETRM vendor Navita.
The last time I was in Oslo Ronald Reagan was meeting Mikael Gorbachov and the entire city was locked down. But, I guess that gives my age away too!
While in Oslo
While you're in Oslo I recommend that you talk to Viz Risk Management (www.viz.no) as well, they offer one of the more advanced ETRM solutions in the European market and I believe they have a larger market share in ETRM solutions than Navita.
VIZ
My open challenge to VIZ - talk to us....
Yes - I know several folks at the company but they tell me they like to be quiet and don't talk to analysts and press. I'd love to visit with them next time I am in Oslo.
However, it does appear that VIZ's market share is eroding at the moment especially in Scandinavia. Our research suggests that they are having some difficulties at the moment and are being replaced with some degree of frequency. I'm open to persuasion that this is incorrect however.
